Mr. Redding founded Sage Alliances in 2000 to offer Independent Sales, Marketing, and Business Development services for high-tech OEMs. In parallel, Sage Alliances offers ‘turn-key’ engineering teams with ‘world-class talent’ for organizations seeking product and technology development.

Redding Associates targeted OEMs and Systems Integrators with a very wide range of Multibus based hardware products, compatible real-time software, and a range of Multibus based UNIX computers used by some OEMs as development machines and ‘private-labeled’ by others.
He has served as VP of OEM Sales (computer networking hardware and software), a National Sales Manager (data acquisition and process control, both at the board level and the system level), a Sales Engineer (power electronics), and as an Electronic Engineer (telephony, central offices, PBXs) for companies such as Nortel, Computer Products, ADAC, and Analog Devices.
Mr. Redding holds master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT and a BS from Queen’s University (Kingston Ontario) in both Applied Mathematics and Electrical Engineering.
